Brad Widolok

PRESIDENT

Brad is the co-owner and President of TSS. He and his wife Tracy Widolok enthusiastically acquired TSS in 2021 after the previous owner retired. They were very excited to unite with a company that had two decades of legacy with incredible client and candidate relationships. TSS reflected their business ethos and values. Brad is also the founder and CEO of Bernard Nickels & Associates (BNA). He started the firm in 2002 which has grown to become a nationwide full-service staffing and recruitment firm servicing multiple lines of business.  

Brad’s strong work ethic and passion of success for both his clients and candidates is what makes him one of today’s industry leaders.

Prior to starting BNA, Brad was a Managing Director for the Execu|Search Group, a full-service recruitment firm headquartered in New York City.  Brad started his career in 1996 as an Account Executive for a publicly traded IT consulting and training firm. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1995 with a BA in Journalism.

Brad is an avid guitar player and a health enthusiast with an emphasis on Yoga and meditation. Brad resides in Long Island, NY where he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children.

Karen Grant

VICE PRESIDENT

Having been with TSS since 2007, Karen is not just the backbone of our company, she is its heart and soul. She began her career in social services and quickly realized her passion for working one-on-one with job seekers to find meaningful work. Her ability to make genuine, personal connections and build the trust leading to tailored and equitable employment for candidates and employers have made her a leader in the staffing community.

Karen firmly believes that respect, critical thinking, diversity, equality, and inclusion are at the heart of this work. With a highly personalized approach to each interaction, her in-depth engagement in recruiting, client relations, and coaching enables her to analyze everyone’s strengths and goals and make placements that exceed expectations. She finds out what people are really looking for and makes it happen.

She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, completed an Employment Law Program with Cornell University, and is an active member of several HR and staffing associations. A resident of Brooklyn, NY, Karen believes in finding ways, big or small, to leave the world a better place in both her personal and professional life.

Tracy Widolok

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

Tracy brings strong administrative skills to TSS along with a superior ability to connect with people and naturally understand their needs. Born and raised in suburban Chicago, she came to New York City to start her career in the Temporary Staffing industry as a recruiter. Having the additional experience of being a fitness instructor and administrator/teacher in a Nonprofit children’s gymnastics program, she has a deep understanding of health and wellness, the importance of having a well-balanced life, and the emotional benefits of working in a positive and comfortable situation.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Communications, Tracy lives on Long Island with her husband, three children and two dogs. She is very excited to about the ways that TSS helps people connect and grow!

Dianka Feddows

PAYROLL, HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE MANAGER

With over 17 years of previous experience working in staffing, Dianka does it all and is our go-to person to figure things out. She is a part of the team that handles payroll, human resources, and office management. Her years of experience make her an asset when working with clients, candidates, consultants, and employees.

Dianka graduated from Hunter College with a BA in Political Science. She is a self-proclaimed ‘geek’ and enjoys reading, gym workouts, a variety of music, as well as spending quality time with her husband and young son.

Svetlana Savitskiy

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Svetlana is our Accounting Manager and brings more than 17 years of staffing industry experience to the TSS team. Svetlana is responsible for a host of back office tasks including payroll, banking, taxation, and bookkeeping. Together with our back office team, she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and we would be lost without her insightful advice.

Svetlana emigrated from the Ukraine in the mid 1990’s. She enjoys travel and spending time with friends and family.
